What is Kollabary?
Kollabary is a marketplace that connects brands with creators and influencers. Brands post campaign auctions, creators bid or pitch, and both sides can message each other, compare options and agree a collaboration directly.
Does Kollabary handle payments between brands and creators?
No. Kollabary does not hold, process, escrow or pay out campaign money, and takes no commission on deals. The brand and the creator agree the fee and payment schedule between themselves and settle it directly. We recommend a short written agreement covering deliverables, deadlines, usage rights and payment terms.
Is Kollabary free?
Yes. Creating an account, building a profile, browsing auctions and messaging are free. Actions like creating an auction, bidding or pitching use KC Coins, and every active account receives free KC Coins each week. An optional Pro plan costs ₹99/month.
Which platforms does Kollabary support?
Creators can list Instagram, YouTube and other social platforms on their profile, and brands can specify the platforms they want in a campaign auction.
How do I find the right creator for my campaign?
Post a campaign auction with your platforms, deliverables, timeline and budget range, then compare the bids and pitches you receive. You can also browse creator profiles by niche and send a direct collaboration request.
How can I judge whether a creator is a good fit?
Look at the creator’s profile, portfolio videos, prestige rank and verification badge, and ask for recent insights screenshots (reach, views and audience location) in chat. Our ranking reflects completed collaborations, ratings, response speed and completion rate on Kollabary. Always check that the audience matches your target customer.
What happens if a creator doesn’t deliver?
Because payments are arranged directly between you and the creator, protect yourself with clear written terms — for example a partial advance with the balance paid on delivery. You can rate the collaboration and report a user to our team if they break our rules.
How do I bid on or pitch to a brand campaign?
Open the auctions marketplace, filter by niche, and place a bid with your price and idea. You can also pitch a campaign idea directly to a brand. Bids and pitches use KC Coins.
How do I get paid?
The brand pays you directly under the terms you agree with them — Kollabary is not part of the payment. Agree the amount, any advance, the due date and the payment method before you start, and send a proper invoice.
How much should I charge for a Reel, Story or Post?
It depends on your views, engagement, niche and the usage rights the brand wants. Our free Creator Rate Calculator gives you a starting estimate for Reels, Stories and feed Posts from your followers, monthly views and engagement rate.
What does the Pro plan include?
Pro costs ₹99/month and gives you better visibility for your profile and collaborations, helps you discover and connect with more relevant brands or creators, lets you connect directly with potential partners, adds enhanced profile and portfolio features, and gives early access to selected campaigns, auctions and new features.
What are KC Coins?
KC Coins are in-platform credits used for actions such as creating auctions, sending collaboration requests, bidding, pitching and listing videos. You get free coins every week and can buy top-ups. KC Coins have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
How do I pay for Pro or KC Coin top-ups?
Payments for Pro and KC Coin top-ups are processed securely by Razorpay, which supports UPI, cards and net banking. Pro renews monthly until you cancel it in your account settings.
