Why we built Kollabary
Finding the right creator for a campaign — or the right brand for your channel — usually means cold DMs, spreadsheets of rate cards and long email threads. Small brands struggle to discover creators who fit their niche and budget, and growing creators struggle to get in front of brands at all.
Kollabary (operated by Kollabary Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) brings both sides into one place. Brands describe what they need, creators respond with a price and an idea, and both sides can compare, talk and decide quickly.
What Kollabary does
- Campaign auctions: brands post a brief with deliverables, platforms and a budget range; creators place bids.
- Pitches and collaboration requests: creators can pitch ideas to brands, and either side can send a direct collaboration request.
- Profiles and discovery: public, shareable profiles for creators and brands, with niches, platforms and portfolio videos.
- Direct messaging: talk through deliverables, timelines and terms before you commit.
- Prestige ranking and verification: creators are ranked on completed collaborations, ratings, response speed and completion rate, and can apply for a verified badge that our team reviews manually.
- Free tools and guides: such as the Creator Rate Calculator and our blog on pricing, contracts and campaign measurement.
What Kollabary does not do
We think it's important to be clear about this. Kollabary is not an agency and not a payment intermediary. We don't hold campaign money, release payouts, act as an escrow or take a commission on the deals you make. Brands and creators agree their fee, payment schedule and contract directly with each other and settle it themselves.
That keeps Kollabary simple: we focus on helping you find and talk to the right people, and you stay in full control of your business relationships.
How we make money
Kollabary is free to join. We earn from an optional Pro plan at ₹99/month, which gives members more visibility and premium profile features, and from KC Coins — in-platform credits used for actions like creating auctions, placing bids and sending pitches. Every active account also gets free KC Coins each week. Some public pages show ads served by Google AdSense. Full details are on our Pricing page.
